Camp Red Cedar hosts and is part of several special events each year – all of which raise funds to help keep the cost of camps and riding programs affordable for individuals and families.

Boots & Bourbon

This fun and interactive fundraiser event features bourbon/whiskey tastings, live & silent auctions, heavy hor d’oeuvres & drinks from a variety of area restaurants & caterers, live blue grass music, meet & greet with our horses, and more! All proceeds go back to supporting Camp Red Cedar’s mission.

Tack Sale

Local vendors and barns gather at The Lodge at Camp Red Cedar for this annual sale. Individuals and small or homebased businesses are welcome to reserve a table and sell gently used tack and related items, homemade art and jewelry, or other items to the public.

Showdeo

All campers, riders, family members and friends are invited to attend Showdeo Family Fun Night. Attendees participate in a variety of exciting activities including a silent auction, boat rides, hayrides, making s’mores by the campfire, walking the trails, arts and crafts and more! Range Rider campers are invited to demonstrate to their family and friends, the riding skills they learned at camp. This is a great opportunity for parents to experience and see first-hand all their campers have learned and experienced at Camp Red Cedar.

Camp Red Cedar’s programs are CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited, the only PATH, Intl. (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International) Premier Accredited Center in Northeastern Indiana, is a member of the Certified Horsemanship Association and the Indiana Horse Council.
